We were pleased to see several elements in your project proposal that promote best housing policies/practices. In particular, we appreciated seeing the deed-restricted affordable housing (30%-80% AMI). We appreciate that this project promotes walkability with close proximity to local transit options, promoting a healthy lifestyle with close proximity to a full-service grocery store, city park, and medical services.
