We’re excited to announce the winner of our 2nd Annual #WeAreGenH Housing Champion Award, as voted by you, our valued Gen H members! Harry Coffey, Board Chair at PEP Housing since 2018, has significantly contributed to affordable housing for seniors and veterans. Under his leadership, PEP Housing added 140 new units with rents averaging $426/month, totaling $117M in projects including River City, Linda Tunis, and Pony Express Senior Apartments. Harry is also deeply involved in the community, serving in roles such as President of the Sunrise Rotary Club of Santa Rosa, member of the Sonoma County Executives Club, and Membership Chair of the Sonoma County Alliance. He was honored as Affiliate of the Year by the Sonoma County Board of Realtors.
Mr. Coffey’s efforts have ensured vibrant, affordable housing for seniors and veterans in the North Bay.
