SRJC Student Housing

Generation Housing proudly endorses the student housing development proposed at 1501 Mendocino Ave by the Santa Rosa Junior College.

The SRJC Student Housing project (a public/private partnership funded by Measure H) has broken ground and is scheduled to open to students Fall 2022.

The goal of this project is to provide affordable housing to SRJC students by providing 352 new homes to students, including 116 units with 2 bedrooms plus. The building will have five floors with 413 available beds and multiple kitchens, study rooms, and recreational lounges. The new housing offers an opportunity for students with access to campus life and several amenities nearby.

Priority will be given to full-time students considered active military, veterans, foster youth, DRD, EOPS, and homeless, followed by international and athletes.
