Introducing the New California Housing and Homelessness Agency (CHHA)

Officially launching on July 1st, this new agency is a major step in streamlining how California builds homes and addresses the continuum of housing needs.

Fair Housing & the Bay’s Future” an an educational event focused on Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) policies, exploring local examples of historical housing discrimination and the measures included in jurisdictions’ Housing Elements to remedy exclusionary practices.
This event is a part of Affordable Housing Month 2026.
