Generation Housing is excited to endorse the Dry Creek Commons Development.
We were pleased to see several elements in the project proposal that promote best housing policies/practices. In particular, we appreciated seeing the following deed-restricted affordable housing (30%-60% AMI) including 5 units of permanent supportive housing. We support its close proximity to several essential services (grocery store, hospital, and city park). In our continued advancement for more sustainability, we can’t fail to acknowledge the environmental design that integrates dense multi-family development with existing wetlands.
