We were pleased to see several elements in your project proposal that promote best housing policies/practices. In particular, we appreciated seeing six units of affordable housing for low-income residents (60% AMI), four of which will be 4-bedroom units. We are glad this project promotes walkability/bikeability with close proximity to several local transit options, promoting a healthy lifestyle with close proximity to a full-service grocery store, major city park, medical services, and several local schools.We also welcome the inclusion of a rooftop terrace and other amenities such as a Community Room with a kitchenette, fireplace and lounge – all of which promote community cohesion.
