Generation Housing is excited to endorse the Meridian at Corona Station project.
The project includes 131 affordable housing units, including 33 supportive housing units, within multiple three and four story buildings on approximately 5.29 acres of the larger 6.5 acre parcel. The units will be targeted as rentals to families earning between 20% and 60% of AMI. On-site management offices, supportive housing support services, and resident community space/amenities will be located on the ground floor of one building. A small retail coffee shop will be located on the ground floor of one building. Tenant amenities also include community garden, dog run, playground, tot lot, and basketball court. The proposal includes 153 on-site vehicular parking spaces. Access to the site is from North McDowell.
Generation Housing has been supportive of this project’s invocation of AB 2162 rules and in seeking Affordable Housing & Sustainable Communities grant funding.
