The Alexander Valley Apartments, proposed by Pacific West Communities, is a 75-unit affordable housing project that will provide housing for our community’s lower- income families and residents—those who suffer most severely from the impacts of housing cost burden. What makes this project even more valuable are the 35 units earmarked for farmworker families. Agriculture is the economic engine of our regional economy, and farmworkers power that engine.
