In the process of reviewing your application, we were pleased to discover several elements in your project that promote best housing policies/practices. Namely, we were impressed to see that 25 percent of the 70 units are dedicated to three-bedroom apartment homes, affordable to low- and moderate-income earners. We are also glad to see the project is amenity rich offering a community space, computer/tech room, exercise/flex space, a protected outdoor area for young children to play, and shared outdoor patio spaces on all floors for both the eastern and western ends of the proposed development. We also cant fail to acknowledge the proximity to essential services, including: a grocery store, a drug store, a city park, city hall, and two public transit options.
