We were pleased to see several elements in the project proposal that promote best housing practices and sustainable development. In particular, we appreciate seeing the reduced onsite parking (relative to city code) and a design that encourages use of other modalities for transport. 20 percent of the total units planned dedicated to 3-bedroom apartment homes. This project is part of a larger Master Plan development that pairs jobs with onsite affordable units accessible to the local workforce.
