Generation Housing proudly endorsed the Mahonia Glen development proposed at 5173 Highway 12.

Mahonia Glen is a proposed 99-unit development located in Santa Rosa, CA. The property received ministerial land use approvals through SB 35 in June 2020 and is working through finishing the financing stage, which recently received additional funding from the City of Santa Rosa.

The project is 100% affordable with rents ranging from 30% to 60% AMI, which like Stony Point Flats aims to meet the needs of our most vulnerable residents in the community. The approximately 5-acre site is located on the corner of Calistoga Road and Highway 12 in Santa Rosa, which is currently vacant. The location aligns with important State priorities that ensure equitable distribution of affordable housing situated in high-resourced areas, such as this one, where families can have equal access to schools and nearby amenities.
