Casa Roseland is a 75-unit affordable housing project that will be located within the Tierra de Rosas master plan development in Santa Rosa. The 100% affordable housing building will be four stories and include 24 one-bedroom units, 31 two-bedroom units, and 20 three-bedroom units. Affordability ranges from 30%-60% AMI, with average affordability of 50% AMI.
The project will provide on-site services staff to help all residents access a wide range of services. These will include homework assistance, literacy development, academic enrichment, computer training, vocational and career development, fitness and health education programs, referrals to social services and volunteer opportunities and training.
