“There is recognition that part of our health of our county moving forward, requires that we build housing, particularly, affordable housing. In this case, what the RED really focuses on is infill development and that is where we can get multi-level housing in transit-rich areas, in walkable environments, and start building away from the wildland urban interface (WUI) where there is a real fire danger.” -Jen Klose
